Search functionality
At the top of the web site there is a search box to help you find the information you are looking for. Enter one or more keywords and click on the ‘Search’ button to bring up a list of pages and documents which are related to the word or words you have searched for.

If there are related documents associated with the page you are viewing, these will be displayed on the right hand side of the screen. All documents and forms are collected in the Download centre, which you can access from the top of the site.

Why are the Elspot prices for Norway shown as city references?
The Elspot areas in Norway are dynamic and can be changed geographically. When this occurs, a direct comparison of historic and current data will not be correct. Therefore we will publish an area change log in connection to the Elspot prices that gives a good overview of the city references and which Elspot area they belong to.
Can I subscribe to information by e-mail?
It is easy to register to any type of message under Market news (Exchange information, UMM and Operational messages).
Why is the page not filling the width of my screen?
We decided to optimize our page for the resolution of 1024. Many users of our website still use this resolution, and we have to adapt our resolution to the minimum.
Do I need to refresh the page when I am waiting for new data?
No, the page refreshes itself as soon as new data is available for the data type and day that you are looking at.
Why do parts of the page not show properly?
Old browser versions can make the page appear incomplete. We support the last two versions of all browsers, meaning Firefox 5 and 6, Safari 4 and 5, Chrome 13 and 14 as well as Internet Explorer 8 and 9.
Can I still fetch data automatically from the new website using URL?
It is not possible to extract data from our website, but we offer commercial services for receiving data. Please send an e-mail to pds@npspot.com with your request, and we will offer you a solution that fits your needs. You can also read more about our products and services.
Can I build my own pages from your website?
You may download, store and use the contents of this website for own (physical or juridical) usage provided you keep intact all trademark, copyright and other proprietary notices.
